ANXIETY and STRESS DISORDERS

What is ANXIETY?

Anxiety is a feeling of uneasiness, worry, or fear. It can be mild or severe, and it can last for a short time or a long time. Anxiety is a normal reaction to stress, and it can be helpful in some situations. For example, anxiety can help you stay alert and focused during an important test. But when anxiety is severe or lasts for a long time, it may interfere with your daily life. Anxiety disorders are real, common, and treatable. They are the most common type of mental illness, and they affect people of all ages.

There are many different types of anxiety disorders, including

  • generalized anxiety disorder (GAD) - People with GAD feel anxious most days and often struggle to control their worry.

  • panic disorder - People with panic disorder have sudden and repeated attacks of fear that peak within minutes. These episodes can happen at any time, even during sleep.

  • social anxiety disorder (SAD) - People with SAD feel very anxious about social situations and worry about being judged by others. They may avoid social situations altogether or else endure them with great discomfort.

  • and phobias - People with phobias have intense fear of specific objects or situations (such as heights or flying).

Getting treatment early can make a big difference in managing your symptoms and reducing your risk of developing other issues down the road. Left untreated, anxiety disorders can lead to serious problems such as relationship difficulties, job loss, substance abuse, and financial problems. So don't wait to get help if you think you might have an anxiety disorder!

What is STRESS DISORDER?

Stress disorder is a condition that causes physical and psychological symptoms due to a person experiencing a stressful event.

  • The event can be something that happened recently or something that happened in the past that the person has never fully processed.

  • People with stress disorder often relive the event through flashbacks and nightmares, and they may have difficulty sleeping or concentrating.

Stress disorder can interfere with work, school, and personal relationships. If left untreated, it can lead to anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and even suicide. Early diagnosis and treatment are essential for managing stress disorder.

How does RTT help?

Are you feeling overwhelmed by stress and anxiety?

Stress and anxiety are common problems that can have a negative impact on our health and well-being. While there are many different ways to cope with these conditions, one effective treatment is known as Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT). RTT is a powerful, research-based approach that uses a combination of hypnosis, coaching, and neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) to help people achieve lasting results. During my private practice, I've seen firsthand the amazing transformations that RTT can create. I'm excited to share this program with you so that you can experience the same results in your own life. With the power of RTT, you can say goodbye to stress and anxiety and start living the life you deserve.
This powerful tool can help you change the way you think about your condition and make lasting changes in your life. RTT will break the old connection formed in your mind and destroy the loop, preparing your brain for the big reset.
This is exactly how I will help you do:

The power of hypnosis

I will help you to relax and guide your mind into a deep meditative state where we can reveal and reset any childhood or other memories linked with your current issues.

You are in complete control during this process and can come out of it whenever you like.

Reset your subconscious mind

I will make you a personalized transformation based on the outcome of your hypnosis session, and you will need to listen to this for 21 days. The repetition will help to create new neural pathways in the brain.

Evaluate and adapt

After 21 days will have a follow-up session to assess where you are and to see what are the next steps in "your new journey therapy."

What are the benefits of RTT?

This program is designed to radically and permanently alter the Anxiety symptoms rapidly, and live the life you dream of. We are here for a short time, and l believe life is an incredible gift.
