Step 3: Embody

After the session, you will receive a personalized transformation recording designed specifically for you.

Listening to this recording daily for 21 days helps reinforce new neural pathways and integrate the new beliefs into your subconscious mind.

This allows your new identity to become natural and embodied in your daily life.

Integration and Follow-Up

​

After the integration period, we reconnect to review your progress and discuss the next steps in your journey.
